REASONS
By the Case Management Directions dated 30 July 2024 (the “CMDs”), the Tribunal ordered that the Appellant must by 14 August 2024:
“Provide a request for an extension of time and the reasons why the notice of appeal was not provided in time to the Tribunal”
Paragraph 4 of the CMDs clearly provides that failure to comply with the direction above could lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal.
