J U D G M E N T
LADY JUSTICE ARDEN: On this application, the appellant failed to appear before the court at the time fixed for the hearing of 10 o'clock. The court had sent emails telling her what time the application would be. The court waited for her.
In the circumstances, I propose to dismiss the application. I would add that I had, of course, perused the papers, and my provisional view was that the application was not one where I could give permission to appeal.
