Find Case Law is designed to support open justice by making court judgments publicly accessible. We work with the judiciary to publish case law for legal research, public understanding, and accountability.
What's included
- judgments from appellate courts (Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court)
- decisions from First–tier and Upper Tribunals
- selected Crown Court and County Court cases
- press Summaries for Supreme Court decisions
What's not included
Find Case Law is a very comprehensive library but we don't include:
- most magistrates' court decisions
- judgments that are subject to reporting restrictions
- routine orders
