Decision: The appeal is struck out pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a) of The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2008.
REASONS
The Appellant lodged an appeal using the GRC1 form on 30th March 2026. The appeal was incomplete as the Appellant did not include a copy of the decision they sought to challenge.
By Directions issued on 1st April 2026 the Appellant was required to provide a copy of the decision to the Tribunal within 28 days.
By Directions issued on 30th April 2026 the Appellant was ordered to provide a copy of the decision by 14th May 2026 and was warned that failure to comply with the Direction could lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal.
The Tribunal has received no further documents or correspondence from the Appellant.
The Appellant has failed to comply with the Direction and there are grounds to strike out the appeal pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a), failure to comply. I have considered the overriding objective and exercised my discretion under this rule.
