1. The proceedings are struck out under Rule 8(3)(a) of The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009.
REASONS
The Appellant submitted a completed form GRC1 to the Tribunal by email on 17th December 2025. This form was not accompanied with a copy of the decision being appealed however, and in case management directions of 23rd January 2026, the Tribunal directed the Appellant to provide this by 6th February 2026. Those directions notified the Appellant that a failure to comply could result in the appeal being struck out under Rule 8(3)(a).
This direction was not complied with, and to date the Tribunal has not been provided with a copy of this decision.
