Decision: The appeal is struck out pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a) of The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2008.
REASONS
The Appellant lodged an appeal using the GRC1 form on 11th November 2025. The appeal was incomplete as the Appellant did not include a copy of the decision they sought to challenge.
By Directions and an email issued on 30th December 2025 the Appellant was required to provide a copy of the decision to the Tribunal within 28 days.
The Appellant was directed to note that failure to comply with the Direction could lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal for failure to comply without further direction.
The Tribunal has received no further documents or correspondence from the Appellant.
The Appellant failed to comply with the Direction dated 30th December 2025 and there are grounds to strike out the appeal.
