Decision: The appeal is struck out under rule 8(3)(a) for non-compliance with a Tribunal direction.
REASONS
The Appellant lodged an appeal using the GRC1 form on 23 December 2025.
The Appellant has failed to comply with directions dated 26 February 2026 requiring the submission of a Case Management Questionnaire, and with directions dated 24 April 2026 requiring the submission of a Certificate of Compliance. The Tribunal has no record of correspondence from the Appellant responding to these directions in any way.
By Directions dated 15 June 2026 the Appellant was directed by 26 June 2026 to provide a completed certificate of compliance to the Tribunal.
The Appellant was directed to note that failure to comply with the Direction could lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal for failure to comply without further notice.
The Appellant failed to comply with the Direction dated 15 June 2026 and accordingly there are grounds to strike out the appeal.
