REASONS
The Appellant has filed an appeal in GRC1 form dated 23 October 2024 seeking to appeal against a decision dated 13 September 2024 relating to an outstanding penalty which is overdue.
There is no right of appeal against this decision and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction. Accordingly, the appeal is struck out.
