DECISION
Following an unsuccessful application for an adjournment on the morning of Tuesday 19th December 1989, the Appellant, Mr Frazer, on behalf of his wife and himself, gave notice in writing to the Secretary of the Tribunal that he desired to withdraw his appeal under the provision of Rule 12 of the Registered Homes Tribunal Rules 1984. Accordingly the Tribunal makes no findings of fact and deems that the appeal is dismissed by virtue of such withdrawal.
